- Safari: open the app, then File → Add to Dock.
- Chrome or Edge: open the app and click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
- Nothing to download, nothing to approve.

- Open the download and drag the app into Applications.
- Open it. The first time, macOS says it can’t verify the app: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
- After that it opens like any other app.
If your clinic’s IT blocks apps from outside the App Store, use Add to your Dock instead.
On Android
Android: download and install.
The app opens the live CareDots page full screen, so updates arrive by themselves.

- Tap the download, then open the file.
- If Android asks, allow Install unknown apps for the app that opened it, then tap Install.
- Open the app and sign in.
How to install
Tap Download, accept the install prompt, and the app lands on your home screen.
- Android, Chrome or Edge on a computer: tap Download, then Install in the prompt that appears.
- Mac: add it to your Dock or download the Mac app.
- iPhone and iPad: tap Download, then in Safari tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Installed? Open it from your home screen.
- Each app installs separately.
