How installation works

Tap the download or install link. Follow the prompt and the app will appear on your home screen or desktop.

  • Android, Chrome or Edge on a computer: select Download, then choose Install in the prompt.
  • iPhone and iPad: open the link in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.
  • Already installed? Open the app from your home screen or app list.
  • Using more than one app? Each CareDots app installs separately, so one person can have more than one app when their roles require it.
